View all FAQsPlease bring your health card for each visit. Failure to provide accurate and up to date health card information will result in your claim to OHIP being rejected. Rejected claims are subject to $20.00 administrative fees plus the cost of visit.
Patients will be charged $50 for a no-show appointment. Please be considerate and attend your appointment or cancel at least 12 hours in advance so that other patients can access the doctor and avoid any no-show penalties.
