I am so happy I found Dr. Muir. She is a wonderful and caring family physician, which is hard to find these days. She makes herself available to patients in a timely manner. She listens to all my concerns and makes sure she addresses each one and takes them all seriously. She's awesome and I hope she sticks around here for a long time! Dr. Muir is a caring, friendly, and amazing family doctor. She would patiently listen to the problems I experience or concerns I have, and explains every step of the care (treatments or tests) clearly. The visits with her would never be rushed, which was my experience with many other GPs before. I am very grateful to have her as my doctor!

Front desk staff were helpful. Although I waited a bit longer than I would have liked to. Dr Ugo took his time to explain things to me. Never had that in years of visiting a few walk in clinics

Had to visit the clinic as walkin due to hand injury. Though had to wait for my turn but the process was smooth. Dr Majid took his time to listen and suggest next steps. Was impressed and learned that he is accepting new patients so will be making him my family doctor. Girls at reception were helpful and provided proper guidance about the wait times, registration etc. Kudos to Krishna for accommodating at last minute

The best and fastest walk-in clinic in Elmira. The average wait time is 15 minutes max. The staff is really supportive.

The staff were kind, thorough and respectful. It was a very quick wait to see the virtual doctor. I highly recommend Guardian Pharmacy and their clinic. Intake to medication took less than 30mins for me (I got there early). They are fantastic!!

I am New to the Area and was looking for a Walk In clinic . I went in spoke to the pharmacist she booked me a virtual consult with a Dr . I was done in 45 Mins with my prescriptions!

This clinic was very helpful. I came in very close to closing and they went out of their way to make sure I received treatment. They use an online video-calling doctor service; I didn’t have a problem with this. There was a live tech there to check my physical symptoms and help connect with the online doctor, once that that happened I explained my symptoms, the doctor asked both the tech and I some questions and I was quickly diagnosed and prescribed medication. The tech was more than happy to direct me to the in-house pharmacy where I could pick up my prescription. Furthermore, they clinic called me a week later to follow up and see if I needed a re-check; this is not something many clinics do but I think it’s very important. I felt like a valued customer the entire time. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in Oshawa!:)

I’ve been using rexall pharmacy for a number of years..pharmacist are all very knowledgeable and explain things clearly, I always get a text message when my prescription are ready..during the ice storm we had a few weeks ago they where amazing…I had surgery a few days before and needed pain medication, they had no hydro but I did get my prescription as soon as it came back on… miss Joe the pharmacist that was there for a number of years, but there all so good that took his place..keep up the good work…
