Dr. Ageni-Yusuf is truly the kindest and most compassionate doctor I have ever met. She is incredibly empathetic, attentive, and genuinely caring, qualities that reflect the true heart of what a doctor should be, yet are so often missing today. The entire experience at this clinic has been outstanding as well. From the receptionists to the medical staff, every single person I encountered was warm, kind, and welcoming. It’s clear that the hiring team has done an exceptional job bringing together such a thoughtful, supportive, and professional group of people. This clinic is a rare gem.

The entire staff is very polite and helpful. My English isn't that good, but they're so helpful that even on my own, I can understand what they're saying and communicate well with them. My doctor is Gabriela Muir is a lovely doctor, very competent and helpful. I've always received excellent care at the clinic and recommend it to everyone.

I had a bad experience at this clinic back in March, but when I returned recently due to a medical emergency, I was amazed at the improvement. Dr. Ugo took the time to really listen and explain everything thoroughly, and it’s rare to find a doctor who genuinely cares these days. The staff were also wonderful—Kristin called to confirm my appointment, and Isha the nurse was kind and reassuring. Yes, the wait times can be long, but that’s because they truly spend time with each patient. I would honestly give this clinic more than 5 stars if I could. It’s truly a gem in Leaside.

I had an excellent experience at Medico Walk-In Clinic and Family Practice. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Krishna at the front desk, who truly made a difference in my visit. She is exceptionally professional, kind, and welcoming. Krishna went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, making the check-in process stress-free. All of the staff members were caring, attentive, and helpful. The doctors took the time to listen carefully, perform a thorough check-up, and explain everything clearly. I truly felt valued and well cared for throughout my visit.

Especially friendly front desk stuff Krishna, check-in is very smooth. She is very professional and trying to accommodate every patient’s needs. She makes you feel much better before seeing the doctor. The clinic did a very good job of balancing the walk-in and family patients, so everyone can be treated in a very short waiting time.

Just had my first consultation with Dr. Majid and in 35 years I have never experienced health care like this. He listened, was helpful and got me an appointment for blood work within a few short minutes after understanding my concerns. My previous doctor, timothy bowes, refused to do this after years of requests, saying I wasn't old enough to justify having blood work done. So glad I switched and for the peace of mind knowing I finally have a compassionate and professional doctor.

The staff were kind, thorough and respectful. It was a very quick wait to see the virtual doctor. I highly recommend Guardian Pharmacy and their clinic. Intake to medication took less than 30mins for me (I got there early). They are fantastic!!

I am New to the Area and was looking for a Walk In clinic . I went in spoke to the pharmacist she booked me a virtual consult with a Dr . I was done in 45 Mins with my prescriptions!

This clinic was very helpful. I came in very close to closing and they went out of their way to make sure I received treatment. They use an online video-calling doctor service; I didn’t have a problem with this. There was a live tech there to check my physical symptoms and help connect with the online doctor, once that that happened I explained my symptoms, the doctor asked both the tech and I some questions and I was quickly diagnosed and prescribed medication. The tech was more than happy to direct me to the in-house pharmacy where I could pick up my prescription. Furthermore, they clinic called me a week later to follow up and see if I needed a re-check; this is not something many clinics do but I think it’s very important. I felt like a valued customer the entire time. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in Oshawa!:)

From the moment I walked in, I could see all the employees smiling. I met with the pharmacist and have a positive interaction. She is knowledgeable, professional and has a kind heart. She explained in detail my care plan and made me feel better instantly. As I waited for my prescription I watched her and the cashier be so helpful and pleasant to each customer they spoke to.
