WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Thank you for submitting your virtual visit request.

1. You will receive an email confirming your request. This typically takes up to 10 minutes.
2. If you have requested a video consultation you will get a second email with an invite link from the Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN), to facilitate the consultation. We ask that you log in a few minutes before the visit to test your video and audio connection.
3. Prior to your virtual visit, a Care Coordinator will call you to review and confirm your information for the visit, including obtaining your preferred pharmacy. The doctor will contact you shortly after speaking to the Care Coordinator.
4. When the Doctor is ready to see you, they will call you on the phone number provided or join you through the OTN link for video consultations. In some cases, doctors may run a few minutes behind so please continue to wait until they join the consultation. Please ensure your phone is set to accept private calls as this could affect our ability to reach you.
